PODS - Personal Online/Offline Discussions

PODs - Personal Online/Offline DiscussionsBy utilizing the latest technological and advisement resources, students can connect with a faculty mentor anytime of the day through Personal Online and Offline Discussions, also referred to as "PODS."PODs are theme-based, i.e., by major, by special interest, by student group, etc. Mentors can host POD sessions through on-campus meetings; online through WebCT, the College's web-based course management tool and social networking sites like Facebook; or through hybrid sessions, using both online resources and on-campus meetings.
