1.How do I change my name, address, and telephone number on Bergen Community College records?
There are two ways students can change their name/address:

Complete the change of name/address form in room A-129, Registration Office.
During Registration use the registration form in the registration booklet. Check off the box indicating change of address.

2.Has my "INC" grade been changed?
"INC" grades are changed by instructors. A contract must be completed by the instructor and student prior to the end of the course.

By presenting an I.D. at the registration counter a student may obtain a copy of their grade report.

3.How do I change my curriculum?
Students change their curriculum by filing a "change of curriculum" with an academic counselor. Changes of curriculum are not automatic for to Allied Health programs.
