Resume information or a copy of your resume and/or cover letter.
You can e-mail yourself your resume and open it on e-mail at BCC.
Pencil/pen and paper.
Work Readiness Workshop Descriptions
Resume Writing Workshop - Learn how to design a resume most fitting to your qualifications, experience, and interest to optimize your job search. The session is dedicated to reviewing the technique of building a solid resume, with opportunities for questions and answers during the session. Please bring a flash drive/memory stick to record any work you complete in the session, or to revise an existing resume, and a pen and paper for notes. If you do not have a flash drive, e-mail a copy of your resume to yourself. Please bring a hard copy as well.
Cover Letter-Thank you Letter Workshop - Explore the correct method of basic cover letter and thank you letter writing. Please bring a flash drive/memory stick to record your work and any sample cover letters for review, and a pen and paper for notes. If you do not have a flash drive, e-mail a copy of your cover letter to yourself.
Interviewing Workshop - Be prepared for the interviewing process from A to Z. We will start with the first crucial contact and walk through the process to the completion of the thank you letter and acceptance or rejection letters.

Additional workshop locations are offered at the Ciarco learning Center in Hackensack and Bergen Community College at the Meadowlands.
