The Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on this page are designed to help you get answers to technology questions without having to place a Help Desk call. If none of these FAQs have the answer to the issue you need assistance with, please contact the Help Desk at extension 7109.

In order to read PDF files, you need to have Adobe Reader installed on your system. This software is available free from the Adobe website. Click the Get Adobe Reader icon to download a free copy. Once Adobe Reader is installed on your computer, clicking on a link to a PDF file will open the file, which you can then view and/or print.
