Sports Physical Requirement

Pre-participation physicals must be completed for all students interested in being involved with an intercollegiate athletic team. BCC physical exam forms are available from the Wellness/Exercise Science Department, the Health Services Office, or the BCC web site. This form MUST be completed by the student's personal physician before being examined and cleared by the College's Physician.
