How Aid is Disbursed

Financial aid is ordinarily disbursed by semester. All financial aid, with the exception of Federal Work Study earnings, is credited to individual student accounts at the beginning of the term and any aid that exceeds charges is refunded by the College via personal check. These refund checks are ordinarily mailed to student's home addresses following the beginning of the term.

Students employed in the Federal Work Study Program are paid every two weeks and individual earnings will depend on the number of hours worked during the previous payroll period. Work Study earnings are not credited to an individual student's account
