Chemistry Laboratory Technician
(2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Shift)

Responsibilities include preparing the experiments in all chemistry laboratories at the Paramus campus, keeping the labs and prep rooms neat and orderly, ordering chemicals and department supplies as well as supervision of student workers.

 

Required:Associates’ degree in chemistry; Bachelor’s in chemistry or related field a plus.Experience in laboratory preparations including preparation of solutions and the ability to scale up quantities required.Knowledge of instrumentation used in the chemistry lab, chemistry lab safety protocols and OSHA laws.Microbiology experience a plus.Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, computer and communication skills.
