This Lobster presentation was created by students in the HRM 103 Professional Food PreparationTechniques class. Students work inteams of 3 or 4, depending on class size, preparing the displays. They gather the necessary ingredients for each assignment, and work together to prepare and finish the presentation within the 5 hours of classtime.
