Final Grades, Attendance Rosters, Semester Grade Rosters, Library Materials, College Keys, Parking Violations and Adjunct Faculty Contracts must all be accounted for within 48 hours after your final class session of your final class. Moreover, an ‘N’ grade contract for each effected student must accompany each Final Grade Roster on which you have recorded an ‘N’ grade.
Please obtain the proper acknowledgement for the discharge of each responsibility (A. through E.) specified below, and then turn this form in for your final paycheck of the semester.Note with Online Entry of your Final Grades to secure a clearance signature (A.) print a copy of the screen on which you entered the Final Grades and submit it along with your Roll Book copies.
If “CLEAR” appears with any category (A. – F.), this responsibility has been satisfied.If blank or other than “CLEAR”, the instructor must go to the appropriate office for clearance (signature).
