Submit a Help Desk Ticket Online

The OIT Help Desk makes a best faith effort to respond to Help Desk calls or emails in the same business day, if the call is received before 11:00 am.

To contact the Help Desk, email helpdesk@bergen.edu anytime or call ext. 7109 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

If this is a classroom emergency, please call the Help Desk at 201.447.7109 and specify that the incident is a classroom emergency..
