Mission Statement:
Working under the leadership and direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer, Quality and Process Improvement, The Compliance Officer coordinates College-wide federal compliance regulations, including reports of sexual harassment and bullying and in compliance with the following legislative acts:

The Civil Rights Act of 1964-Title VII
The Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA)
The NJ Law Against Discrimination (NJ LAD)
The Drug-Free Workplace Act
Safe and Drug-Free Schools & Community Act
