Workforce Learning Link
The Workforce Learning Link Program, sponsored by the Bergen County Workforce Investment Board and funded by the State of New Jersey Department of Labor, is a computerized learning lab, the primary goals of which are to assist participants to secure employment or improve employment prospects, attain a level of self sufficiency, and ultimately enrich the lives of participants through career advancement and life long learning. The program also strives:
- to increase the earnings potential of Bergen County residents
- to increase reading and mathematics skills
- to increase computer skills
- to increase communication skills
- to increase participants overall readiness to enter the workforce or advance to further training
The Workforce Learning Link Program is dedicated to the success of its participants through self paced career-oriented computer-assisted learning, and knowledgeable instructors who are always ready to facilitate the students' needs. The Program is open to all participants who need learning enhancement; however, all participants must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
