Q. Will confirmations for courses be sent?

A. No, we do not send confirmations, No news is good news.  If there is a problem with your registration or the class is full, we will call and notify you.

Q. What room is my class in?

A. Rooms for most computer classes are listed (next to the time) in the catalog.  For other courses, please call us the day before the course begins for your room number at 201-447-7488 or our automated line at 201-447-7155. 

Q. What is the refund policy?

A. All requests for refund need to be sent to us in writing at least 3 business days before the course begins.  You can fax, e-mail, mail or come in person with this request.  Please refer to our refund policy.

Q. Do you offer courses for college credit?

A. At the present time, our Continuing Education courses are non-credit.  Some of our programs offer certification in certain areas.  Please call us at 201-447-7488 for further information.
