Married couples have many protections afforded them by the legal system that are not automatically conferred on unmarried couples. Planning is critical to the unmarried to protect their assets as partners. This course will discuss legal and financial planning techniques used to help unmarried traditional and non-traditional couples achieve their financial and personal goals of protecting assets, minimizing taxes, and making sure one's wishes are carried out at death or during disability.

It includes a New Jersey State directory to State agencies as well as other consumer entities that address consumer needs and/ or assist in the resolution of complaints that may occur during the purchase of homeowner coverage or the rebuilding process.

Reduce your violation points and/or auto insurance premiums! This state approved 6–hour Points and Insurance Reductions Course will reduce your violation record by 2 points. You will also be eligible for a minimum of 5% off your auto insurance for 3 years (check with your insurance company for details). Course fee includes workbook and certificate. Please bring a pen/pencil to class. An additional $10 data processing fee is collected by the instructor at the first class (Course may only be taken once every 5 years for point removal).
