Part-Time Accounting Assistant
(19 hours per week)
Bergen Community College, a large comprehensive community college located in Northern New Jersey, seeks a Part-Time Accounting Assistant who will provide assistance to the Sr. Financial Officer.
Successful candidate will post cash receipts, prepare cash disbursements and related vouchers, prepare and post journal entries, analyze general ledger accounts, prepare schedules for year-end audit and prepare bank reconciliation.
Associate’s degree in Business or Accounting with at least 2 years related work experience or 5 years experience as a full charge Bookkeeper or Staff Accountant.
