New Student Checklist
1. Apply to the College
2. Apply for Financial Aid
3. Contact your DVR counselor
4. Provide documentation to the Office of Specialized Services
Documentation:
Audiogram (hearing test) 3years old
Individual Education Plan (IEP) from high school
Deadlines
Fall – August 1st
Spring – December 1st
5. Take the placement exam
Request an interpreter
6. Schedule Registration appointment.
7. Schedule appointment for interpreting/C-print requests.
8. Attend Accommodation Workshops
- You will receive a pink letter in the mail with workshop dates
9. Attend CCDE Orientation
- You will receive notification by email
10. Schedule follow up appointment for accommodations
