Colleague Support Specialist

The Colleague Support Specialist is responsible for assisting departments in analyzing requirements, procedures and problems to develop effective and appropriate Colleague solutions needed to satisfy work requirements and provide direct Colleague support and end user training. Additional responsibilities include training on all key Colleague functions, coordinating additional OIT support, designing appropriate test plans for program modifications and working with departments to design new procedures and processes.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Three years experience as user of Datatel’s Colleague software and a minimum of one year experience in technical support required.
