C-308 Faculty and Staff Resource Room
This resource room is open to Faculty and Staff to work on their projects. CIT schedules all training in this room, and the calendar is posted on the door for each semester.
C-308 contains a color and black and white laser printer along with 2 dedicated document scanners and 2 scanners for pictures/slides. There is a teacher station and LCD projector with smart classroom capabilities including a document camera and DVD/VCR playback. Click Here for documentation on C-Wing Smart Classroom Capabilities. There is also a SMART Sympodium, new for the 2007 - 2008 academic year.
There is one 20" Apple iMac Computer, Intel chip, Core-2-Duo, with the ability to operate in both the Mac and Windows environments. Currently the Mac side has software loaded to match the new West Hall Art free-time Print Graphics lab image.
14 Pentium 4 3.2GHz Dell Optiplex 280 computers, 1 GB of RAM, floppy disk, DVD/CD-ROM and Zip 250 drives are arranged in a ring around the outside edges of the room. Each computer has a sound card and headphones for audio playback, a 17" LCD monitor, and a standard keyboard with scroll mouse. These computers have the following software installed and ready to use:
