Evaluation Tools Tutorials

Each tutorial will explain and demonstrate the basic skills necessary for an online class. Depending on the type of course you have registered for will determine the WebCT tools that are available. To view the tutorials, you will need to: enable the javascript in your browser (see browser compatibility to turn on) make sure that the audio is turned up (some tutorials have audio) The evaluation tools include assignments, quiz/survey, self test, and My Grades. Some of Bergen's courses require proctored exams.
	Assignments - Allows the instructor to distribute course assignments to students. Features include assignment description, maximum grade value, a utility for attaching files that are related to the assignment, and student submission of completed assignments.
	Quiz/Survey - Quizzes can be written by the instructor and delivered online, securely, on a predetermined day, and within a specified time frame. Similar to quizzes, survey responses are anonymous and assist the instructor in gathering feedback.
	Self Test - Allows the instructor to create multiple choice review questions. Immediate feedback can be added to the questions. Self-tests are not graded.
	My Grades - Allows students to view their own grades as entered by the instructor.
