Unofficial transcripts (if this is not the student's first semester), and mid-term grades by November 1st of the year admission is sought.
Submit a 2-3 page autobiography, indicating past achievements and future career and personal goals.
Practical experience in a veterinary facility is highly recommended for admission to the Veterinary Technology program. Students should attempt to complete 24 hours or more of observation prior to submitting an application to the program. Proof of observation in the form of a letter is required.
