 Philosophy of Learning Communities

Learning Communites in the AIMS program:

• have four classes linked around a common theme, often with common readings and activities with additional information housed in WebCT web sites;
• is a place where student and faculty work collaboratively in a supportive environment;
• encourage faculty to plan together to help you make connections within and between your courses;
• and is a place where you are encouraged to reflect on your learning.
