Mosaic Project Director

Grant funded position
(Meadowlands location)

Responsible for supervising a broad range of initiatives at the MOSAIC Regional Center that is designed to help people with disabilities to identify employment opportunities within the private and public sectors. In addition, the Project Director will be responsible for implementing programs barrier-free career pathways for youth and adults, academic counseling, training and educational opportunities according to the project goals and contracted outcomes.   This position reports to the Director of Bergen Community College at the Meadowlands. 

Required: Master’s degree in related field. Proven ability to initiate and implement projects while monitoring progress. Ability to interface with diverse constituents within the private and public sector and to work with diverse people facing a multitude of barriers to employment. Proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of database computer systems, preferably Datatel’s Colleague. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be able to work occasional evenings.
