and Board for the duration of his/her studies. He/she will NOT pay for rent,
utilities or groceries while living in my residence. I am aware that this arrangement is
valued at $6,000 per year, which can be subtracted from the overall cost of attendance
for purposes of I-20 issuance ($18,000).
This affidavit WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED unless it has been signed by the
sponsor in the presence of a notary public and signed and sealed by the notary
public. Sponsors in the United States must be U.S. citizens or permanent
residents.
