Bergen Community College, a large comprehensive community college located in Northern New Jersey, has an exciting new leadership job opportunity for a Director to supervise the College’s new satellite location in the Meadowlands. Responsibilities will include new program development, community relations, oversight of Community/Academic Counseling, Small Business Development Center, and testing and intake assessments. In addition, operational responsibilities will include budgets, lease management, and project oversight for permanent campus development.
Required: MBA or Master’s in related field. Minimum of five years of progressive responsibility in instructional management/administration, including experience with course development; proven communication and leadership skills are necessary and ability to form organizational partnerships with businesses and community-based organizations. Strong information literacy, including familiarity with office software, reporting tools, and higher education databases as well as entrepeneurial experience is a plus.
