Udenieably, Italian culture has contributed considerably to the art and cuisine of the world. This course will explore the five regions of Italy, their customs, traditions, and art as well as the variety and misconceptions of their food. Come and learn about the colorful, rich, bold and romantic Italian culture.

Italian III: 2/7-5/1/08 7:30-9:00 pm Dave Taylor $160. This course completes your preparation for a trip to Italy and will be enhanced with a brief introduction to modern Italian music and viewing of current Italian television. Che magnificio!

Colloquial Spanish BI 578 Tues. 2/5-4/8/08 7:30-9:00 pm Dave Taylor $160 In this lively class, students will learn to speak and discover the benefits of knowing a second language. This class will emphasize oral and written expression, pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary.
NEW; Habla Expanol: Conversational Spanish 4/15-7/1/08 $160. 7:30-9:00 Dave Taylor This second level Spanish class will help students expand their basic understanding of the Spnaish language and enhance their conversational and vocabulary skills. New verb, adjective, and noun tenses will be introduced. Focus will be placed on listening, pronucnication and grammar. Through dialogue exercises, students will improve their ability to communicate in restaurants and shopping to travel and business. Prerequisite: Colloquial Spanish
