There are simple, effective things we can do for ourselves or others to relieve common physical discomforts; such as headaches, sinus congestion, nausea, backaches and more. Acupressure (acupuncture with fingers and hands, not needles) provides a low-cost, noninvasive first line of defense against health challenges of all kinds, including major illnesses, using the body’s own energy system. Together with western medicine, Acupressure can also provide a powerful treatment for conditions and illnesses that show up in our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects.
