International Student Services Request Form

In approximately seven business days, the Counseling Center will contact you via e-mail or telephone, to inform you to pick-up your documents at the Reception Desk in room A126.
You must show your BCC College Identification Card to pick-up documents. Documents can only be picked-up by the student whose name is on the Request Form. Family members or friends cannot pick-up your information for you.
