Dependents

If you are bringing any dependents to the United States, they must have their own I-20. You must prove your financial capability to have them in the USA by proving $7,000 for your spouse, and $3,000 for each child that will be in the United States in order to obtain an I-20 for your dependent to enter the USA, along with $16,000 for two years, for yourself.
