Biography: Gregg Biermann is an internationally recognized video and digital artist. His work has appeared at numerous festivals, galleries, universities and museums.

What made you decide to become a faculty/staff member?: I'm dedicated to art. Insofar as being a faculty member helps me share that with others, it is a great occupation.

How do you personally define success in the learning outcomes of your students?: For me student success is more about the process of living a creative life than about specifically prescribed learning outcomes.
|
What have you learned from your students?: My students keep me from getting lost in far-off esoterica. Sometimes their common sense is surprising and insightful. They help me keep it real.
