
Request Technical Support
If you are experiencing difficulty with a smart classroom or mobile equipment provided by the Media Technologies department, you can request technical support by calling the BCC Help Desk at 201-447-7109, Option 1. In many instances, we may be able to resolve your problem remotely. If not, a technician will be dispatched promptly. Generally, technical support is available from 8AM to 10PM during the week. Arrangements for weekend support must be made in advance with the Media Technologies department by calling 201-447-7132.
If this is a classroom emergency, please let us know. Responding to classroom emergencies is our first priority in dispatching technical support.
The Media Technologies department offers workshops throughout the year on how to use multimedia equipment in the classroom. In some instances, individual training can be provided. Contact the department for more information.
