Media Technologies provides equipment to support administrative, club and public events on campus. Some of the items available are: public address systems, portable laptops with video/data projectors, DVD/VHS players, portable screens. In order to provide service to all of our clients please be aware of the following requirements:

      Users must provide 72 hours advance notice for most event requests. Large scale events requiring technical personnel may require greater lead time. Please call the Media Technologies office (ext. 7132) at least a week in advance for major events.

     Fill out and submit the Media Technologies request form available at

      If technical support assistance will be required submit the request form and follow up with a phone call to ext. 7132 to confirm details.

      Requests for use of equipment by student clubs must be signed by a faculty advisor and the Director of Student Life.

     Events taking place outside of normal operating hours may require additional approvals from your department for any overtime expenditures incurred.
