The distance learning agreement between the College and
the BCCFA provides stipends to faculty who participate in The Online Professor
Program (TOPP), who develop new online and hybrid courses, and who convert
courses from online and hybrid formats.
To receive compensation under the distance learning
agreement, you must submit this form electronically by the 10th day of
any semester or summer session in which you believe you are entitled to
compensation.
To offer online or hybrid courses or participate in TOPP
you must first have the approval of your department head or dean. For
