Working under the leadership and direction of the Executive Vice President, The Office of Training and Compliance Coordinates College-wide federal compliance regulations, most notably:

The Civil Rights Act of 1964-Title VII
The Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA)
The NJ Law Against Discrimination (NJ LAD)
The Drug-Free Workplace Act
Safe and Drug-Free Schools & Community Act
