The Cooperative Education & Career Development Center is a state of the art facility with many career resources available for students. Our mission is to involve students in a process that helps develop their self-concept and career decision making skills. This collaboration will prepare students to meet their individualistic goals by delivering comprehensive services through quality career programs, experiential learning and the use of technology.

Physical Resources
Computer Bank: 5 computers are available for students to perform work related to their career development, whether this is writing their resume/cover letters, performing research or a job search, or taking SIGI Plus, a computer-based self-interest inventory.
Library: The Center houses its own library containing books, magazines and indexes covering a wide range of career information. Free magazines and handouts are also available for individuals seeking career assistance. In addition, job listings are placed in binders within the library for students looking for part-time and full-time employment.
Self-Assessments: 3 paper and pencil self-assessment questionnaires and 1 computer based questionnaire are available to help students learn more about themselves and career possibilities. These assessments are the Self-Directed Search (SDS), the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Strong Interest Inventory, and SIGI Plus (System of Interactive Guidance and Information).
