Your default password is your first initial, followed by your last initial, followed by the last 4 digits of your SSN. (The initials in your password are lower case.)
Ex - If your WebAdvisor name is jsmith10, your name is John Smith, and your SSN is 123-45-6789, then your username is jsmith10 and your password is js6789.
