The OIT Help Desk provides first-level assistance to customers via telephone, remote desktop, e-mail, and in person. The Help Desk analysts assist Bergen Community College Faculty, Staff and Students as well as providing support for the public computer labs and a variety of desktop software packages.

Hours: 8 AM- 5 PM Monday- Friday 5 PM- 10 PM Monday- Friday* 8 AM- 3 PM Saturday* 12 PM- 5PM Sunday*
* During regular class sessions in the Fall and Spring Semesters, the Help Desk support line and email is regularly monitored from 8 AM to 10 PM, Monday through Friday and additional support is available on Saturday, from 8 AM to 3 PM, and on Sundays from 12 PM to 5 PM.
