Program Supervisor – Continuing Education
 
 
The Program Supervisor will manage all aspects of program development, staffing, promotional materials, marketing, instructional quality and student relations for the School of Continuing Education.  Responsibilities include planning, scheduling and monitoring of programs, events, orientations, workshops, seminars and meetings to promote Continuing Education and professional development programs; preparing close-out audits for course offerings; financial and programmatic reports; assessing course evaluations and learning outcomes; preparing payroll for instructors; recommending and ordering textbooks and related instructional materials; other duties as assigned.
 
Required:  Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Communication/Education required; Master’s preferred.  Five years’ experience in the education environment with a strong customer service orientation; Experience in a higher education/community college environment desirable; background in Adult Continuing or Community Education preferred.  Experience in developing, implementing and assessing educational programs required.  Experience working with budgets and financial reporting is required.  Must possess excellent customer service, organizational, presentation and analytical skills, as well as, exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required.  Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internet research is required.
