Office Services Supervisor – Admissions
The Office Services Supervisor – Admissions is responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining operations of the Admissions Call Center. Duties include supervising and answering inbound calls from prospective students, providing program, event, application process and degree information; overseeing and responding to phone and email inquiries as well as resolve any complaints in a timely fashion; assisting with processing applications and data entry; supervising routing calls to appropriate resource, completion of call logs and production of call reports; delivering Admissions presentations to various groups; attending some evening and off campus recruitment events; other duties as assigned.
Required: Bachelor’s degree; One year experience with customer service supervision in a high volume telephone and email environment; Excellent customer services, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills are essential. Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and presentation/public speaking skills. Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office as well as database management system. Datatel experience preferred. Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as part of a team. Must be able to work with a diverse population.
