English Faculty Referral Form for the Learning Assistance Center
Use this form to refer students to the Learning Assistance Center (L-125) for help with their writing. Please check off the areas in which students need help. Tutors can help students most effectively when the form identifies weaknesses in a recent writing assignment. Students should bring the form and the written assignment to the Center.
