Categorized by history, subject and author, this meta-index integrates text resources with the online resources.  It serves as both a study guide and a platform for a wide variety of community services for students and teachers in philosophy and related subjects.  It covers the following areas: ancient, medieval, modern, 19th century, 20th century, major issues, feminism, ecofeminism, ecology, queer theory, and American. There's also a directory of useful resources and tools for budding philosophers. The site is searchable and has indexes by subject, major philosophical topic, and by name of philosopher.

An organized collection of thousands of links to resources devoted to philosophy. The main sections are Philosophers and Topics and Traditions, both of which are searchable by time period and subject area. Philosophers provides quick links to fifty of the most frequently requested philosophers. Additional sections provide links to Images, Print and Electronic Journals, and E-Texts. (This latter category is searchable by keyword, philosopher, and topic category.) Adding additional value to this site are topic specific links to terms in several online philosophy encyclopedias including the online version of The Oxford Companion to Philosophy (1995).

An excellent starting point for studying Philosophy. The Dictionary of Philosophical Terms and Names is a concise guide with links to more information from such great Web resources as The Internet Encyclopedia of Philosophy (IEP), The Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy (SEP), The Ism Book (ISM), the Dictionary of Philosophy of Mind (DPM), and Downes's Guide to the Logical Fallacies (GLF). There's also a Timeline of Western Philosophers that begins in 600 B.C.E. and runs through to the present. 

American Philosophical Association  - http://www.udel.edu/apa/ 
The main professional organization for philosophers in the United States. The site covers regular membership information and in its Resources section includes a good guide to philosophical resources on the net, a database of active women philosophers, and a list of sites dedicated to philosophers.
