The Yahoo Directory on Computers and Internet has a great selection of resources on all aspects of the subject field.  The sub-section for dictionaries is very comprehensive.  Searchable.

Research Index: the NECI Scientific Literature Digital Library - http://citeseer.nj.nec.com/ 
This site makes available a broad, fully indexed, database of research papers from the various computer science fields. The papers are fully indexed and it is possible to do a search in either the body of the document or only on the citations. The site stays current using search engines and Web crawlers to locate the papers. Computer scientists love this site as it helps them quickly find relevant papers and keep track of where they are on the list of "most cited authors." Formerly called CiteSeer, this is a fascinating site, not just for the content, but for the possibilities for Web accessible papers in all fields.
