60 %     will be determined by averaging all quiz grades

20 %     will be determined by averaging all homework grades (including trivia questions and attendance to three (3) on-campus cultural events (speakers, forums or other multicultural events))

20%      will be determined by oral performance (in class participation, in oral presentations, in reading evaluations to assess pronunciation and intonation)

Points may be added to or subtracted from the final grade depending on your attendance, class participation, and preparation.

77 - 79 =  C+
70 - 76 =  C
