Title: Copy Center/Stock Clerk

Description: The Copy Center/Stock Clerk will be responsible for the operation of the Copy Center and its equipment including controlling all activities (ordering, inventory, and distribution) of the Central Supply Room; operating copy machines, automatic collator, binding and duplicating machines, and other related equipment; scheduling work effectively and efficiently based on work load and machine availability; explaining the various methods of reproduction available and the procedures used to provide the desired results; maintaining records of work completed; processing requisitions; making minor adjustments to the equipment; delivering finished printed/duplicated jobs requisitioned by departments; stocking shelves with printing/duplicating supplies; assisting in the organization of Central Supply Room; performing additional tasks or duties as assigned.

Required:  High School graduate or equivalent.  Printing courses at a technical school preferred.  12 – 18 months prior experience in the printing, copying, and duplicating field. One year inventory control of office supplies and distribution services.  Must have a working knowledge of paper grades, types, and uses. Must have experience with MS Office.  Candidate must be a self-starter, able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision; must exhibit strong skills in customer & student focus, building relationships, organizing and planning; must possess a strong level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with ability to work with diverse population; must possess ability to exercise good judgment, as well as, ability to understand and follow established protocols.
