2. Conclusions
Your conclusion should leave the audience feeling "whole"-- that the speech is a complete entity and not just a series of ideas.  It should summarize the main ideas of the speech, while at the same time helping the audience see how they all fit together.  Restating you thesis will help bring the whole speech together.
It's a good idea to begin your conclusion by using terms such as, "In conclusion," or other phrases that put the audience on notice that the speech is about to end.
