Construction of the Addition and Renovation of the Student Center

The contractor for the Student Center construction has installed the construction fencing. This fencing is put up to note the limits of the construction project and to provide a safe route for students, faculty and staff to follow to enter and leave the Pitkin Building.

For your own safety, please follow all posted signs and warnings and do not enter the construction area that is located within the fence. All emergency exits from Pitkin will remain open.

During construction, the main entrance to the College will be through the doors by Public Safety where a new reception area is being built. The Dunkin Donuts will be located in the lobby of the Ciccone Theatre and the Pizza Oven will be relocated to the 2nd floor serving area.

Broadcast emails will be issued as milestones on the construction are reached and whenever something that may be considered disruptive to the community is scheduled to take place during construction.
