BCCFA General Membership Meeting
Minutes of Meeting of September 3, 2002 (Main Theatre)
Quorum Present
1. The meeting was called to order by BCCFA President Peter Helff.
2. Peter Helff presented a report on current and upcoming issues of interest to the BCCFA membership. Discussion and debate ensued for a time.
3. Election of new officers for the 2002-2003 academic year was held.
Peter Helff and George Cronk were the sole nominees for the offices of President and Secretary, respectively, and the BCCFA Secretary was directed by Elections Committee Chair, Dr. Charles Thomas, to enter one vote for each of them for each office.
Fred Golub and Denise Jerman were nominated for BCCFA Vice President. Jerman was elected.
Laurie Hodge and Alan Kaufman were nominated for BCCFA Treasurer. Kaufman was elected.
4. The meeting was adjourned following the election of officers.
