1. Review revised minutes of meeting of December 7, 2004. Approved without objection.

Dues Sub-Committee (Alan Kaufman, Chair): Proposal to Modify the BCCFA Dues Structure.
The proposal was discussed and debated at
length. A motion was made and seconded to adopt Part 2 (Proposed Dues
Structure) and Part 5 (Weighted Adjustment of the Dues Structure [in later
years]). The motion was then split into two motions, with a vote on Part 2 and
a second vote on Part 5. Part 2 was adopted 16-2-3; and Part 5 was adopted
"in concept," 10-6-3.
