How to Reconfigure
Your Computer Screen Resolution
Many
websites are best viewed with a computer screen resolution of 1024 by 768 pixels.
To configure your computer screen this way, do the following:
1. Go to the desktop on your computer (the primary screen view that appears
after you power up your computer).
2. Right-click on a blank part of the screen, and then left-click on "Properties."
That will bring up a "Display Properties" box.
3. Left-click on the "Settings" tab in the "Display Properties"
box.
4. Under "Screen area," move the down-arrow from 800 by 600 pixels
to 1024 by 768 pixels.
5. Left-click on the "Apply" button.
6. Left-click on "OK" in the "Display Properties" box that
then appears. Your screen resolution will then be reconfigured.
7. Left-click "Yes" in the "Monitor Settings box that then appears.
8. Left-click "OK" in the "Display Properties" box.
If you need to, you can go back to 800 by 600 screen resolution by following
the same procedure.
